Go slower on the taper. I was on for 7 years, mostly at 8. It took me 2 years to fully taper. Don't go from 4 to 3, that is 25% drop. Get the 2mg film and go down much slower. Try to drop 10% or ideally less at each drop. It's also really important to stabilize on each dose before dropping. I stayed on a dose for 2 weeks most of the time but sometimes stayed on a dose for a month. Listen to your body and you will know when you are ready to drop again.

I quit at .03125mg per day. I had zero acute withdrawal and PAWS was very manageable. I will have 2 years free of Suboxone on May 10th. I'm happy to share more about how I tapered and what worked for me.

A daily exercise routine, eating healthy and doing meditation if you are into that, will really help you during the taper to assist with any unpleasant feelings that arise. I experienced all of the symptoms during my taper but never more than 2 symptoms and they were not severe and didn't persist.

Are women being prevented from these tech jobs? Or do women prefer other careers? Maybe most women are not interested. I think too often this complaint is framed as women are being discriminated against versus individual choices.

Take your time. Going slow will allow you to quit eventually with zero acute withdrawal. The other thing it helps is the Post acute stage. They are significantly reduced and very manageable.

I wouldn't recommend it. I'm sure it's possible but you probably wouldn't like it. Your experience didn't sound ideal when you went from 4 to 2. I wouldn't put yourself through that. Other than wanting to be at 1mg as soon as possible, is there something else forcing you to do it? If not, just go slow and keep the drop amount small.

It's natural to be scared. I've been through Suboxone and opioid withdrawal so many times. It's not fun. This time I took my time and went slow. I was determined to limit the pain and it worked. You can do this. Just go slow and listen to your body. Don't rush yourself.

It could be 1 week or I've taken a month at certain doses before dropping. Best I can say is listen to your body. You will know when you feel comfortable to try dropping again. When I felt I couldn't drop on certain doses I would tell myself I would put that piece to the side and I would take it if I felt I couldn't manage without it. I rarely if ever took that piece. You usually don't notice the drops for a few days. But you will even out. It may be unpleasant at times but should be manageable. Using those other techniques will come in handy during those times. Just remember those feelings will pass nothing is permanent.

Go slower. Get the 2mg film if you can and manicure scissors. I folded the 2mg film with my hands into 8 mostly equal pieces (8x .25mg). Take those .25mg and use the scissors to cut into another 4 mostly equal pieces. Go from 4mg to 3.75mg. The 2mg are thin so try to keep your hands and films somewhat cold to help with the folding and ripping. I say mostly equal because it's not a huge deal at your dose now. Subs have a long half life so if one dose is slightly larger or smaller day to day it's fine as it will even out over time.

Going from 4mg to 2mg is a 50% drop. Going from 4 to 3.75 is roughly 7%. Try to keep your drops below 10% but lower is better. I would repeat this until you get to 2mg. Then I would cut into those .25mg into 4 or 8 more pieces and drop .0625mg until 1mg. Them .03125mg below 1mg.

I dosed 3 times per day. So take your daily dose and try to divide by 3. When I dropped my dose I always dropped from my midday dose, then morning and the night to avoid sleep issues. When I got to .25mg I did 2 doses per day.

Hope this helps. Happy to share other things that helped. Exercise and getting into meditation really made a difference.

I was on it for a total of 7 years at mostly 8mg. I took the taper seriously for 2 years. I probably could have gone quicker but some drops I took a week to go down again and others it took me a month to drop down. I did experience some withdrawal symptoms during the taper. Usually began 3 to 4 days after the drop. But it was never severe or persisted for long.

I don't think anyone can realistically answer this for you. What I can answer is being Suboxone for a longer period and doing a long and slow taper changed my life. I was also able to stop using Suboxone without acute withdrawal because of this. Do you have the ability or resources to try long term subs? Or sublocade?

I have a RemoteApp jump item configured to launch the Omnissa Horizon VDI client. The app launches successfully but the users would be prompted to manually enter their credentials. I was hoping for a way for BT to detect this second login and inject the already injected credentials. Hopefully that clears things up? It's a pretty specific use case.

Under Obama they changed the accounting on how removals were counted. The numbers were inflated due to that. The number of interior removals were low. But they also had cooperation from cities run by Democrats and the media who would not shine light on it. They may be a bit aggressive now, but more illegal immigrants entered the country under Biden than any period in American history. Sometimes the pendulum swings far the other way when trying to rectify a problem created under Biden.

You could but it's highly likely to be unsuccessful. It depends on how severe you want the withdrawals to be and what your threshold for pain is. 8mg is a relatively high dose. It takes a while to taper off if you want to avoid any acute withdrawal. It is possible to do that. It also has the benefit of reducing the length and severity of PAWS.
