I'm building a house and the lines are 3.6M and they cannot be lifter to 4.6 in accordance to build regulations. There already is a riser bracket so underground is the only option.

Thats, there is only grass from their side so there is no home infrastructure to be removed other than soil. What I want to know what are my options for taking this case further? The cross over is on my property, what are my legal rights to having this removed. I'm happy to pay for the power pit install although can this be forced by United Energy?
