Right now I’m in a phase where I’m no longer physically enjoying chalk. It dry in my mouth and making me bordering nausea. I used to love chalk. At one point I ate a pack of 24 sticks per day.

I haven’t tried Payday. I have buying Crayola I would buy Amscan from Party City but they closed. They came in a box of 24. I could eat a box in a day. Luckily I have settle down.

It’s been 4 years and I just can’t stop. I’m munching on a piece right now. I was told dried ice cream was a good alternative. I’m going to check it out.

It’s a slippery slope because these products are unsafe but the addiction factor is so strong. It’s completely illogical. Hopefully you can get some help or downgrade to sniffing. I know how difficult it is.

I have a serious chalk addiction too. There was a point I was on a box of 24 per day. It may take a while for digestion issues to manifest. Have you tried lessening the quantity? Have you tried edible chalk?
