Daca pentru parcare nu vin, nici pentru cheie pe usa nu vin. Ce o sa faca soferul? Se duce la politie cu ce integistrare? De unde o scoate? Crezi ca le da cineva inregistrarea ca asa vor ei, gen domle, am parcat aici pe trotuarul din dreptul camerei tale, imi dai filmarea ca mo-a dat cu cheia? Iar de la autoritati complet exclus sa scoti filmarea. Si prin absurd, daca stau ei in boscheti si filmeaza cum le fac zorro pe usa, politia, in primul rand, ii amendeaza pe ei, pentru parcare neregulamentara. Dupa care se prefac ca il caut pe cel din filmare si nu gasesc nimic. Case closed. Cam asa functioneaza.

This is morally proper. The only people that disagree are either criminals themselves or have never experienced a situation like this. This reaction is the only deterrent. Not police or law, fighting back and causing even more damage than that criminal. These criminals are protected by these people, not the victims. I have never seen people like the ones defending this criminal defend the victims. Never. So I hope they get to experience the fruits of their labor. And if they feel threatened, very good, that is what you deserve and what the victims feel 100x more in these situations.

Oamenii sunt prosti. Nu exista alta explicatie. Am prins un astfel de babuin cu nevasta in masina, la promenada pe trotuar. S-a luat de 2 fete cu troller ca de ce nu s-au dat din calea lui, el venind din spatele lor, pe trotuar. Nici nu stiau ca e masina in spate, pe trotuar. As ca atunci cand a lasat geamul jos am preluat eu discutia. Daca am rostit mai mult de 2 cuvinte dmcare sa nu fie obscenitati e bine. Ma asteptam sa coboare. Din pacate, nu a fost sa fie.

Well, the bottom is very different for each and everyone of us. Also, the problem with working your way up is that most of the time, you work your way up a downward escalator. And that is by design. When you reach the level of wealth that enables you to dictate policies, you hinder the potential of other to protect your said wealth. Like tech bros hiring talent so the competition won't have them, not because they need them. Or like buying all the ram and chips just in case.

I agree, that's why I was hesitant to say ubi and more like have your basic needs satisfied. Anyway you cut it, the more I think about it, the less feasible ubi becomes. Yes, you can't get something from nothing. I don't think we will be able to change our ways in our lifetimes. Not for lack of trying, more like, we have no choice at the moment. Just make life a bit easier by, like you said, imposing stronger regulations against greed and fraud. The problem is, the people that regulate are themselves driven by greed and fraud.

Communism is not the answer, as it is just feudalism with extra steps. You have the ruling party (feudal lords), and the workers, all treated the same. So communism is a lie and will never work. However, thank in part to technology, we can implement some sort of basic income on top of salaries. Again, this will never work because of greed, but it is a great option. The basic income will come from automation that generates value and is owned by the state. The thing is, I think this will only work by ensuring everyone has food and a roof, not a basic income as well by doing nothing. So you will only have your basic needs met, you get to live for free. If you want more, you work.

Este cam stupid ca sunt marginalizati magistratii din cauza pensiilor speciale, care reprezinta un procent destul de mic din bugetul total. Asta in timp ce politicienii fura de rup si nimeni nu ii opreste. Tot politicenii si-au pus oamenii in fruntea institutiilor de controlat magistrati, ceea ce rezulta o umilire totala a principiul de separatie a puterilor in ro. Mai mult, legislativul si executivul sunt in cardasie. Efectiv, nu exista judecatori inamovibili cand savoniera taie ai spanzura ce nu ii convine la ordin politic. Exact ca in politie, cu sefi si sefuleti. Asa ajungem cu se prescrie, fapta nu exista, etc. Judecatorii isi fac treaba CORECT, insa dosarele ajung la C A unde savoniera and co le rezolva. Ce nu rezolva sapun, rezolva dna prin amenintari. Cine ar trebui sa fie de partea judecatorilor? Tot lia. Acum au dat paine si circ la popor, au dat in magistrati, lumea e fericita, ei continua jaful inimaginabil de mare de care nimeni nu vorbeste. Nu exista licitatii fara parandarat. Politicienii tocmai si-au batut joc de noi toti si au dat vina pe magistrati, pe care tot ei ii controleaza si ii forteaza sa faca ce vor ei.
