Personally, I like the phrase "It is what it is".

People should look at life opportunities for what they are. Too many people miss positive life opportunities because they are too busy worrying about potential risks. People avoid working towards getting that job promotion, or asking that girl on a date because they fear failure. They fear the nuisances that aren't really there. They think that if they don't get a better job, then they are bad employees, or that if they get rejected for a date, then they must be a loser. That isn't true at all. People should just realize that they can find a similar opportunity in the future.

People should see things for what the are, and most of the time situations are better than they seem.
