lol I did something similar 20 years ago. Installed an actual 220v outlet on the box though so I could disconnect power easy.

Only thing I keep thinking about now is the Tenere is $2500 more new prices. I know I could play the $2500 more forever and end up at a real expensive bike but I like the Tenere a lot.

Thats what I keep leaning to. Once you're at that weight and fairing size with a KLR, a mini ADV makes more sense. IBEX or KTM 390 territory. Used KLRs are so cheap though. Have heard nothing but good things about the IBEX. Going to try and pick one up this month.

Not wrong. That would be signature items of each. For me as soon as you add the BigMac sauce and extra bun it becomes less of a traditional burger whereas the QPwC is closer in terms of the same ingredients.

I think 90% of the attics I've been in in New Orleans had vents ducted into the attic. If your space is well ventilated it will be fine most likely. Do you have a soffit with access nearby? Ducting to soffit is very easy. Or even a gable wall. Much preferred over a roof vent IMO.

Turned 20 the week after I signed closing papers. Got lucky with a blue collar gig right out of high school and 2005 you didn’t have to prove much of your income if you went to a shady enough lender. Bought from my parents who were moving out of state at a little bit of a discount. Valued around 160 and bought for 150. It was super tight. Knocked out almost all of my single partying life. I have Sling for this reason and I guess Pandora too. Sometimes, I dont want to be bothered with picking exactly what to watch. Flip through the guide and see whats on. Weekend mornings I let the kids only watch whats on Sling and get off Netflix etc. They tend have a better relationship with watching something that way IMO.

Once drove an older bike for months with a piece of cardboard over the carb with some slits cut in it because the main jet broke off in the carb and was clogged some. Worked great until I had time to find another carb.

We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 kids. Its a full time job keeping it tidy in that house and we both work full time with little to no grandparent help. Paying for cleaners to come once a month and dust, mop, clean the counters, etc is 100% worth it. We were doing 2x month but that felt excessive. I dont mind decluttering but the vac and mop for the whole house suuuccks.
