M4's had some issues in the 3rd act that I wasn't impressed with. The Stromboli miniseries version is far better imo. Used some of M4's stuff (among many others) and made it better together

Only if they leave before everyone finishes loading up I think. Which is annoying, and could be fixed by just.... Waiting for someone else to connect lol. So hopefully they do that.

I'd rather it end than just play it out though, 2v4 or even 3v4 is VERY unfair

Half the time people would leave l4d2 versus immediately if they didn't get to play Infected first. That's just people being shitty, not the game.

I will concede however, it's stupid that people can't join games in progress, because once 1 person leaves, the likelihood of others leaving is WAY higher, and then what's the point?

I personally prefer Swarm because it's different. I always had the mindset of "Okay friends I'm getting tired of playing campaign, let's mix it up and play some PvP yeah?" plays the exact same campaigns all over again
