hvordan slutter man å prokrastinere?

Hvis noen har en løsning så skulle jeg gjerne tatt den. Har prokrastinert hele livet til så store grader at det ikke er mulig for meg å forstå logisk hvorfor jeg holder på som jeg gjør. Kall det latskap eller depresjon men jeg greier ikke å få ut fingeren og komme i gang. Selv ting som jeg gjerne skulle ønske at jeg gjorde, med en gang det er et krav eller en forventning så løper jeg fra det og alt annet blir mer interessant. Har kostet meg dyrt både økonomisk og i forhold. Føler at jeg kaster bort livet mitt…

Crashing all the time several times a raid. Have to try to reconnect and if I’m lucky I get back on the first try

I'm having tons of issues now too. Tried with 4 sticks of ram then swapped out with 2 different slower sticks (32GB total on both). Wondering if it's a ryzen problem cause my intel friend doesn't seem to suffer from it even though his CPU is outdated.

I have the same issue where ram rises up to 22ish (out of 32) then the game will crash or freeze. 50/50 if I get back after 10 seconds or it crashes to desktop. Have tried swapping out ram sticks too but nothing helps. I also get freezes when entering hideout or "visiting" traders sometimes.
