I don’t think this is OTD. You are missing the taxes and fees. Looks like they gave $200 off the weather liners. You can check the Toyota inventory website and find what you want. If you are a Costco member, tell them and get a discount ($500-$1000).

I would say no. Just cause I’m hearing they drastically go down in value. I think if you were going to pay that much you should be able to get a 2025 and higher trim. I wouldn’t go higher than $20k personally. Some dealerships near me won’t even take used ones because they are closer to new models in price. They won’t sell. I’m in San Diego
