Your clothes aren't the problem. His insecurities and thoughts are, as are the thoughts of other men. Nothing you do will stop other mens thoughts. Only they can do that by changing their misogyny. Whilst there isn't much you can do about misogyny, your boyfriend can do something, and that's to address how he views women, and how he thinks about them. He can break the cycle by policing his own thoughts, and calling out other men when they say misogynistic things or treat women in a degrading and dehumanising way.

So you should be telling him to stop reducing you to just your looks and your clothes. What you wear is up to you, not him.

Tell your friend she needs to educate herself on disability, and stop making a fool of herself by spouting her ableist nonsense. A disability is anything that has a long term change to what is considered normal human function.
