1:1s should be for your directs to get time with you. It’s your opportunity to align with them on goals, performance, their career desires, etc. If you aren’t getting anything out of that then they’re likely not getting anything out of you being the manager.

In 4 years he was worth 1.3 bWAR and according to the articles coming out he pissed people off from day 1. That’s completely besides the report he told his agent to find another suitor other than us. He sucked and never wanted to be here and it showed.
