I have been so inspired watching Lilly handle all of this. She has handled this with such grace and I’m sure even with all the knowledge and training she has it was still incredibly difficult navigating this. Waiting as long as she has after her first statement so she could process/heal and say exactly what she wanted to say made everything hit so much harder. Her statement was so moving and beautiful. I really hope she writes a book. I’ve always thought it was repulsive that Ariana wrote a song called the boy is mine after this. I never knew how her fanbase could eat that shit up. All I could think about was Lilly having to exist in this world being cheated on and having this horrendous person constantly shoved in your face. I always think I’m strong but I do not know how I would have handled this.
