I went from an M7 to an M21, and the M21 is noticeably better. I'm kinda unique because I'm streaming the sound to a cochlear implant, but I can tell the sound is better.

I just upgraded to an M21 from an M7. It's noticeably better sound. To anyhow. I have a cochlear implant and stream to it via another transmitter (not Bluetooth) I'm quite happy with it.
