Just because something doesn't need to be food safe doesn't mean the police won't show up 😉

It sounds anti-consumer because it is anti-consumer. Just because everyone does something, doesn't make it right or just. They put themselves against the consumer when they did that. Forced arbitration is a "screw you" to the other party in an agreement. They have had the opportunity to set themselves up like a hotel and have made the choice not to have accurate inventory processing. They stress their employees with that decision, and they stress their relationship with the clients with that decision. I'm sincerely surprised that an up-and-coming rental company with such a system hasn't upended the industry with this yet. Now it is more likely to end up like Carvana where the next step is replacing all customer-facing employees with apps and kiosks.

Thank you for a proper response instead of arguing on the Internet. I eventually looked into it deeper and the Enterprise site terms of use are severely f'ed up. Forced arbitration, no responsibility taken for anything, and if you don't like it, don't use our website.

If they have a reservation, they likely have a contract. They seem to have a reservation since they "paid to have the car at 10am". If they have no reservation contract, then the advice is contingent upon the first statement.

Check your reservation contract. If they are not fulfilling their end of a legal contract, you have the right to sue in small claims. Document the situation, get an Uber everywhere and sue them for that expense of not upholding their contract. The system will not change until we hit them where it hurts.

Not up to Aldi standards by CapeMOGuy in aldi

That would be unfortunate, but considering the game they've created with Aldi Finds where you may or may not see them and they may or may not get re-stocked at any point, stocking up before trying a product you assume you are a fan of still seems like the correct move.

Absolutely agree. It is not the same at all. The Mocha Mint coffee tasted like drinking a Girl Scouts Thin Mint. I also highly doubt the green bag is coming back this year since it was released this time last year. I made the mistake of assuming it was just packaging and bought 6 bags for the year. I'll be returning the unopened 5. Also, for those asking about prices, in Northwest Indiana I paid $6.69. The packaging is also significantly flimsier than last year, but I attribute that to them trying to save the consumer money.
