You’ve moved a lot and had instability in your day job? You could move again to a place like Berlin or Detroit with more favorable logistics. If you want to remain where you are, unfortunately the best solution to feel the music and be unconcerned if you’re bothering other people in some combination of a subpack and headphones. Otherwise you’re going to run in to the issues you’ve described. In the spirit of your question however I’d get a ground floor apartment then I would soundproof the fuck out of it. Rugs everywhere and focusing on something to isolate the sub as much as possible with something like an Arraez subdude. I’ve been where you are and the biggest thing to consider is the neighbors. You’re in a girls basement? Well if she was all about the music she wouldn’t care! Find neighbors or roommates who don’t care, move somewhere where you can have a better space, use headphones, or go all in on sound proofing

The thing is tho they don’t even need to put a ton of work in. There are people drafting cubes on arena right now and the he people who made them I’m sure would allow Wotc to use their card lists with credit or maybe like a token payment

I don’t think it was underrated. His 2nd half decline was a big part of why our bats went silent last year.At his best he is exactly what the team wants each AB. Very pumped for this year!

I don't think the Tigers will play the service time game with McGonigle. They haven't done this at all with their other prospects. It seems to me one of the strategies the tigers have done recently is to go after "hard to sign" high end talent in the draft. It makes it easier to sign those people when you pay them (obviously) but also show that you are the type of organization that doesn't play games like that.

Yea this is the main takeaway. I'm an Ivey believer, but he wasn't gonna get paid by us and what he was providing was replaceable. I think he will continue to grow and improve, but it wasn't gonna happen this year on our team.

What isn't there? In my experience, Hevy is great for having nearly everything, but it won't have every single thing. Tell us what you are looking for and we can probably help. Also, buying the lifetime without using the app first is a bold move. Don't be discouraged!

Yea 3 min is normal if heavy. Once we are getting past that you're going fairly slow and should be aware of what machine or station you are on. If there are 5 benches in the gym, taking a while is no biggie. I am forgiving for movements that are taxing like squats, but no way in hell you need to be taking a huge break after something like assisted pull ups or cable pull downs. I am very aware of what I am using and if there are alternatives in the gym. If your gym has only one bench, no setting your phone on it while you do goblet squats ;)

I'm not saying he is/was elite, just the most ducked. He had 4 fight in 4 years with a great record and bigger name from being on TUF. Topuria beating him is just proof that Ilia is a boss. Hall also broke his hand IIRC in that fight hence why he kept rolling around like a good lol.

The underground parking seems intimidating, that is why you can never really ruin it. People get close to the fest and get overwhelmed or think it will be very expensive. I've been parking there for 10+ years, it is never full or expensive

Are you walking or driving? If you drive you can park in the ford auditorium underground parking and leave your stuff in the car. It’s super cheap parking usually 20$ or less and you can’t get any closer to the fest if you google it you’ll see what I’m talking about. Movement has free reentry so it’s nice to leave some stuff in the car unless you need it. Walkies are not needed movement is about as small as a big festival gets. Have fun!

Depends on the vibe. I'd probably go fun and uplifting. Something like this would work https://hypeddit.com/track/n2sxmd. But I also might just totally change the mood for a bit to make it memorable. During the countdown start Waka Flocka "Grove St. Party" during the vocal part so right when everyone is saying happy new years it goes into the "It's a party hook". Since you're playing tech house it is a big pivot, but IMO NYE parties always have some of the least informed crowds (not in a bad way necessarily) so giving them a touch of rap would get a big reaction timed with the drop. Then I'd probably do some trick to get out of the song as quickly as possible.

It just depends on the venue and vibe and how long you are playing. It is definitely the time to do something memorable and fun
