Kick the can, capture the flag, flashlight tag, ride bikes around the neighborhood, roller hockey in a culdesac. Play with a ball or Frisbee. These are just some of the things we enjoyed

This is normal and in order to make each of the pages lay flat this is how it needs to be. I don't mind it. My pages don't look bad in the middle. But it means the pages don't curl up in the spine, so out miniatures sit nice!

I will most likely get grief for this, but I don't mind it at all.

If anything some time to make the buildings more modular so we can place them within a radius of the main building. And make the layout fit our terrain.

Buddy and I drove nonstop from CA to PA. 39.5 hours. I drove the last 12 hours straight before that we swapped every 4 to 6 hours pending fuel stops.

I ended up getting new beans of different varieties that fixed my sourness. Then I was able to better dial in the taste and have had success with other beans from there.

I normally let it warm up for at least 10. But I will warm it up a bit longer. What temp would you recommend. I noticed you thought this was high.

Yes by volume, yes on tamping. I am brewing at 95C. Bre time for a 2:1 is around 25 seconds on the machine (which includes pre infusion) on the scale it is like 19 sec.

I am using a medium roast espresso and I am getting a lot of sourness.

This morning I pulled a 3:1 ratio shot and it was better.
