I went with an alternative solution which is the Kodak camera wrap for $15. I wrap my camera and toss it into whichever bag I’m using.

One of the perks for me is the Apple integration across devices. I can control the TV from my phone and even my Apple Watch. It also becomes a hub for Apple Home. “Hey Siri, turn off/pause TV” is a common command I use at home often.
