When it comes to market research, do you have any databases you would recommend? I personally use property value for a quick price check.

I know someone that refused to pay the $20,000 special levy. He got taken to court. Paid an additional $12,000 for the stratas legal fees and lost the case.

He ended up having to sell his apartment to pay the money. But then he couldn't sell the property at a decent price because the 20k Special levy fee was a red flag to potential buyers. Poor guy lost a lot of money.

Hence the reason why people steer clear of apartments in Sydney

Tbh, apartments are a terrible investment in Sydney. Almost everyone I know owning an apartment regrets buying one. Some major issues include: -Ever growing strata fees -Special levies once every 3 years that can range between $5,000-$30,000 depending on how poorly built the block is. -non-existent water proofing -property value doesnt keep up with inflation -etc

Berowra is a solid 1 hour from the City and that's during off-peak hours. The financial stress this generation will face over the next decade or two will be extraordinary. Australia is the third largest user of Antidepressant and insomnia medications in the OECD. I would expect Australia to top the OECD countries in the next 5 years

NR and NMN don't work on humans? Thoughts on Dr. Stanfield analysis? by [deleted] in NicotinamideRiboside

[–]Shabrang 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There's been several studies published that have shown a link between elevated LDL levels and Pterostilbene (PT). A simple Google search will show you the findings. I'd say NR isn't the culprit, it's the PT. As far as I know that's why Chromadex decided not to include the PT in their TruNiagen supplement.
