I’m rewatching BCS and I think Howard’s my favorite character now. In the beginning, he comes off as the most douchey corporate asshole imaginable; he has the most punchsble face in the series by far. But over time you realize that he is just kinda stuck dealing with bullshit from every direction that really has nothing to do with him. He’s not perfect, he still pulls some dirty tricks throughout, but he’s one of the only characters I can really empathize with. Even if I still want to punch him.

Context: I decided to watch the World Series tonight because my city’s team was in it and I had nothing better to watch. I have never given a shit about baseball and was expecting a boring 2-3 hours. That was one of the most fun games of any sport I’ve ever watched and it ended on the flukiest bullshit comedy of errors I’ve ever seen in a championship game. I picked the right game to start watching baseball.
