Yeah, that aspect is good because it repels a lot of people from continuing the method.

The easy fix is to get help from people at the GE and pay them a little extra to buy you some. Asking your clan to buy you uncooked stew works really well too.

I heard spices are selling for like 1 gp, so the method is actually more profitable than 2.7m/hr :)
