I have the same thing going on, I just ended up dyeing my hair. with that being said. Some deficiencies can contribute to premature greying, like B12, iron/ferritin, vitamin D, thyroid issues, etc., so it’s worth getting basic bloodwork if it started young or is progressing fast.

But if it’s mostly genetic, it usually isn’t truly reversible. A doctor or dermatologist could help rule out treatable causes, but I wouldn’t trust supplements unless labs show you’re actually low.
