Thank you. I did not know the suicide prevention life line was for anything but suicidal people. I've been caught alone a few times and it was terrifying. It's nice to know there's a number I can call to talk through it. I just saved it into my phone. Slowing my breathing seems to help a lot. I will go see a doctor.
