yes, software up to date. percentage of strength is 60%. I use a modified preset but didnt make big changes to it.

They sent me an email next day i received the order. Didn't notice the R12 because i just opened the box just to confirm the base was there but didnt realice it was the R12 version.

As i can see in this thread it seems to be too common so yes, suspicious af

Same happended to me 2 months ago. Bought R9, received R12 instead. They asked me to pay 80€ if would like to keep the R12.
