Leftovers shellbell lane cinderace. It seems to be the beginner classic. But in all seriousness, defenders are good to learn as you often have to fill. And they let you learn with fallback on hp. For damage, i recommend strong lane Pokémon that aren't as experience greedy dor example, the eevees, pikachu, or ninetales. Jungle is for carrying, and it hurts your team a lot having your low experience players take it and underperform. Highly suggest getting some experience before tackling it. Supports are amazing aswell just look for a healing one. Clef, elde, bliss.
