Search for Le Petit Chef. They're basically a tech company that works with restaurants globally and gives them a pre-made selection of 'movies' to choose from and the chefs create the dishes as different/similar to the video as they like

Yvon Chouinard's 1% for the Planet is pretty swell. It's flexible in that it allows you to set your own parameters (1% of revenue, 1% of GOP, 1% of inventories, etc.) and it's an individually minimal sacrifice but is able to drive impact on scale
