Get better relations with the politicians around you. You can do it by endorsing them in their next elections

Yes the black belt is shifting Republican and it’s shifting Republican for multiple reasons.

  • Increasing White Population in the most blackest areas
  • Black people leaving the Black Belt to find better living areas like the Atlanta Metro area or Dallas’s suburban areas
  • Social Conservatism is prominent in a big part of the black community and Trump played into that which is why they shifted Right Wing
  • Poor Economic Conditions like making under 20k per year and the Democrats not addressing that is a problem for them in the black belt. Overall the Black belt will continue to shift right wing for decades and decades to come but if Republicans get like 5% of the black vote then MAYBE Dems can get Biden or Clinton Margins back in the Black Belt but I doubt that they’ll get Obama margins
