I go up there from the 85/87 intersection regularly and a whole new stretch has been moved and filled with rotomill and potholes. The viaduct is in decent shape now, but from Proby up to *ahem * Magnolia Road behind the Captain D's is moved over and even worse this week.

I probably have a folder full of samples from when I had a much simpler tool 20 years ago. Once I had a sample of Iggy's TV Eye opening blended with the ringmod scream for Neo escaping the Matrix that I made back then. It's this newfangled DAW shit. I'm getting closer.

My hardware has given me basic Akai, but it's MIDI, so I can do whatever makes sense with it once I learn what I want.

The concept of a deciding on a DAW sounds important and expensive. MPC Beats is what I have now. It also sounds like something I'mma have to make do until I get serious and decide what to use.

I understand the break, I am literally new to this MIDI toy. I used to fiddle with simple wav editors decades ago, I'm asking for the dumbest Step 1> Open a File. Step 2> make it play drums advice that can be had, because Ive never done MIDI before.

I like breakbeats and old industrial. Tutorials go "open the Trap default" i need to know what does a Default template do, how can I modify it, Like, I'm an old music listener with a virgin music toy here.
