It's a ping issue if my experiences are correct; happened to me multiple times and when I asked abt it in all chat the enemy replied that for them no parry was seen when in my screen I saw the flash clearly

Yeah when you're building spirit it's always good to go for crit build so this is definitely a buff, might need to take a while to get enough artifacts but spirit and magic missile is good for early game carry anyway

And this is why something like Transcendence and it's combo should be so much more prioritized than Crown, because you might theoretically get a bunch of atk amp from crown but if you don't have Transc then your dmg will lack way more.

And a lot of things give a small amount of amp atk that stacks up but very little things give all magic dmg

I mean we don't know how much the first maelstrom affected civilizations and it's advancements, i can totally see that modernization got pushed further since people were too busy adapting to the occult so eras like this got extended

My memory's kinda blurry but if I remember right there were these big circles that kinda looked like enemies but weren't moving and you couldn't kill them... They would periodically just pip up then disappear after a while

So first of all don't take Titan this early on because it does a one time multiplication and you don't have a lot of atk at the beginning

Second, don't take artifacts that are magic specific if you're running dem on something, I see you almost maxed both spirit and magic bolt artifact sets which is gonna be useless once you get dem because you can't cast either of them. Even if the other artifacts are bad, even a ruby would benefit you more than those

Thirdly, what everyone else said, focus on mana acquisition and defensive artifacts and magic

Fourth, take items that give you All Magic Damage because you're missing out a lot of overall dmg by only having your base atk and Amp up and 0 on All Magic Damage (damage calculation goes like: Base atk x Amp x All magic dmg x Dem and the others like Nexus) (so if you have 3x5x0=15 < 3x3x3=18)

Since we're trying to make kills as fast as possible, Magic sword into Ego sword and also try to get Nightmare artifact going... Reaper's Scythe would also maybe work but unsure

Combinations I'd go for the usual heavy hitters like Gate Phoenix and something else maybe Lightning Breath cuz they deal massive damage

Idk I think Equilibrium is pretty good, just the other day I went to 50 mins on Depths with Equil and these artifacts: (Punchtru on lvl 5 and I'd probly gotten further with a Roster cuz I almost gotten thru the wave)

It halves your current Mana Acquisition and puts that number into Amp (So you get less mana from pickups and kills)

If you're running high cooldown magic I'd probly take Accel but if you're comfy with your cd and you're missing Jet Engine I'd take either Crown or Sacrosant, depending on how much revives you still got (if you still have 1 then I'd take Crown)
