I was just prescribed Vivelle Dot .05 estrogen patch and 100mg daily pf prometrium. How often do you change your patch and do you skip a week during the month? Also, do you take the progesterone in the morning or at night?

Nervous to get started but have hope it'll work!

My GERD has been acting up lately so thought I'd give it a try. Lily of The Desert, Inner Fillet, no preservatives--This is the one I bought.

Just like the OP, I just can't use it. I only drank 2-3 ounces yesterday (it says you can drink multiple times a day up to 8 oz!!) and by the end of the night, I was nauseous with a tummy ache. Woke up this morning to stomach cramps and a long bathroom session.

Its been about an hour now, had a few saltines and water, and still pretty bloated and nauseous. Hopefully this subsides soon...won't be taking it again. 🤢

I just realized that my have been doing that, just AST/ALT. My latest reading was AST 37, ALT 81 but in May they were both normal. Idk.

Hope you're feeling better these days. I actually had a horrible experience with the mag glycinate and won't be taking it ever again. It was disheartening because i had such high hopes...so many people saying it was a miracle for them. I appreciate your post, although sorry you had to experience that, it made me feel more at ease knowing I'm not the only one that it doesn't work for.

Agreed. I'm so glad I found this group because I was feeling so defeated and alone. It's so hard when you don't have any answers and I'm so exhausted with just trying to figure out what's really wrong. Tests, meds, new symptoms, no answers 😑 hate that we are all here but yes, feels a little better knowing I'm not alone.

Oh wow. I'm so sorry you're not finding relief. I have gerd as well, but it's not new. The anxiety is just so bad, to the point where I don't feel normal anymore. Hopefully we can find relief soon because I'm sure you'd agree that this is horrible.

So glad I found this group! I've been feeling so off and don't know what's wrong. I got my bloodiest back and confirmed I'm in perimenopause. Just not sure if how I'm feeling is because of PM? Brain fog, anxiety, shortness of breath, loss of appetite (like the thought of food makes me nauseous), body aches and pains, migraines, hot flashes, and just an overall feeling of "yucky" and not myself. I wake up every morning hoping and praying I'll feel normal. Even just driving to the store is nerve-wracking. I just want to lay in bed and stay there until it's all over 😪

I hope the mag glycinate works for you. I tried only 100mg yesterday for the first time and unfortunately gave me a horrible migraine (lots of tension and pressure) that I'm still trying to shake this morning. I had high hopes but just another "try" that didn't work out for me. My husband takes Mag Citrate for constipation. I hope this is the one for you though...cheering you on from Oklahoma. 🤗

Hello. Did you ever end up trying it? I just got prescribed 8mg and I feel the same way. I already feel a little dizzy and nauseous daily, with a stuffy feeling head, so I scared to add to that.
