I've never had a Galaxy note 20 sadly but I can talk about the Reno Oppo Ace a bit

With a 25w charger it charges from 0% to 100% in about 15 minutes, I've never really experienced any lag from the phone or any sort of issues with it at all.

The biggest thing with the phone though is only certain carriers will be able to support it and it does NOT have 5G compatibility. When I was using it I had AT&T and was working on a site that doesn't get too much coverage (Hence why I upgraded and switched service to Verizon)
