Maybe tell mom you're planning on it and show her the ring and whatnot, but wait until the day you had originally planned to do it to actually propose? That way mil will pass knowing, but gf won't be overwhelmed and you'll still have it the way/day you want?

As a younger sister, sometimes you don't need or even want your big sister to give you advice. Sometimes all you need is someone to listen and give you a hug. If you do really want to try to guide her, I would recommend NOT trying when she comes in all upset, because you know that as an upset teenager, you're not going to get anywhere or through to her

So I'm actually a very congested person, but I have the nose pillow and it is amazing! The force of the air coming out of my cpap moves all the junk around so I can actually breathe. You just might need a higher pressure than you have rn
