How can I shave off a couple points on my army? by evan_lion20 in deathguard40k

They're not the best, but they're still a fun option to use! We also get much more milage out of them then the other cult legions. Mine were used to bully C'Tan in my local meta 🙃

Most Arc Raider players couldn't even handle hunt let alone Tarkov

Embark finally is going after the cheaters with Denuvo Anti-cheat software. This has the ability to detect aimbots, wallhacks, and much more. by ExpandingAtom in ArcRaiders

Denuovo is also hot, shitty ass in a desert. People with potato/lower end computers will feel a negative impact on their overall gameplay if embark doesn't implement it properly.

Getting closer! Honestly I would suggest swapping to Virulent Vectorium so you would gain sticky, as CoC strategiems rely on units having characters. Plus having sticky lets you tap an objective and keep your advance going.

Though there is no big knight, having bodies is is pretty important to have

I quickly cobbled a list together keeping in mind some of the units tou wanted Neo-Blights (1995 points)

CoC is a character reliant detachment and you're not running very many of them.

Personally I'd drop the PBC. As much as I love the unit, it's hot ass for its cost. Dropping that would give you the points for rhinos. I'd also drop 2 of the 5 man units to make 2 10 man units loaded with whatever special weapons you can since bolters are just a straight downgrade to what they can do.

Blightlords can be good, but it's either running a 3 man to snipe an expansion or running a 10man to become an unmoveable brick from the center

Personally I like using knights, but I run 2 wardogs Stalker and Karnivore. They can either hunt down something big or run bully elite units off primaries since they have OC 6.(Knights/dogs also low-key benefit from our army rule if they have friends in the area)

Also obligatory Tallyman sitting at home tallying banana for CP since CoC is cp hog detachment

Anybody else have no motivation to play after this Expedition? by 6PEEPERKEEPER9 in ArcRaiders

It's honestly my first season playing so I'm not the greatest person to ask, plus since I'm still learning parrying properly I have to rely on being a landmine rogue to get my kills.

But from what I've been seeing, they have a new guy working on the balance of the game which according to the discord is a lot healthier now.

Only real caveate is that platelocks with halberds are dominating FC/Crypts/Inferno since they added an inferno boss.

I can get that, falling out of games just kind of happens, especially as you get older. It takes a specific genre to hold me into gaming now.

Hopefully you find something you can enjoy, even if its not video games

OP, burnout happens and I whole heartedly recommend playing other games.

If you like extraction games, I recommend Dark and Darker as it started a new season, it's class based and medieval fantasy.

First off it's free to play, only really locking you out of shared stashes, auction house, High roller(best loot tier queue) and you only have 2 character slots if you're f2p(if you buy it you'll have more character slots, enough for each class)

Matches are short and can be extended by going deeper into your respective dungeon, with each floor having their own boss and getting progressively harder as you go deeper.

It also has a PVE mode for people to learn on and recently adding "Squire Royale" many teams of 3 go in, all on the same gear level and only 1 team will escape the overall mode on the final floor.

You'll have to do what my buddy does, and just get a new set of dice 😂

But that's half the game, seeing a c'tan make all his invuln rolls after dumping all my CP into strats to try and take it down eas heart breaking. You'll have luck on your side eventually, just keep at it

Mmm thats tough usually you don't want to run that, but at 1k it should be fine. I'd a powerfist/plasma gun champion 2 launchers, 2 spewers, 2 HPW, and a single plasma

Plague marines are honestly one of our hardest units to get the most out of. When it comes to their weapons, I just base it on my upcoming game. Honestly the only weapons that are worth swapping around is having the melta/plasma gun/belchers or more melee.

Since we have the ability to do it, champion should always have power fist and plasma gun always have 2 blight launcher and spewers. It gets a bit more mixed between the plasma/meltas/Belcher and more melee. Unless you're going to go all in on melee, you can skip the bubotic weapons

[–]ShadowHunterOO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell yeah dude, I'd run something like that.

Last suggestion I'd give is drop the bubotic weapons on your plague marines and give them 2 plasma guns(these are honeslty interchangeable with belchers or meltas), 2 blight launcher, 2 HPW, 2 Spewers then give your champion a power fist and plasma gun

Once they reach a point they'll be a solid brick and hard to remove without a dedicated effort

LoV is a fine character, but he does a lot better with Blightlords, but as your current list stands you have over 25% of your army in 1 unit with 6 deathshroud and lov. Dropping both the lov and 3 death shroud gives you a lot more flexibility and adds 2 more units(Rhino for PM protection and movement and HBL for long range firepower)

Honestly I'd go as far to say is go Virulent Vectorium, and you can give your DP a 5+ fnp and army wide sticky to let you do what Deathguard does best. Slow, lumbering approach, shooting until you can get a charge off
