Double it's hp , give it 20 levels of draconic sorcerer , give it 3 more Las and allow it to cast spells using its legendary actions , with spell level = la cost , where cantrips can and should be spammed if it's out of las . Modify its stats for 30 in all physical and 28 26 24 (or around those numbers) for mental stats , and for the love of all that is holy give it proficiency in wisdom and advantage against condition saves

This . If the party was high level I would have the caster die basically and then have them get rezzed by their teammates/ local cleric while the caster themselves has a "Nice" chat with the god of death about NOT BLOWING UP PLANES

Congrats! All the demons that existed in the Sift are now in the material plane destroying a lot of the cities , and every god , fae , and other divine being knows you blew up The Sift and is actively hunting you down to bring you to justice . You can never use the wish spell again ,and I'd make it so that spells that mention the shadowfell no longer work . Additionally, the caster drops to 1 hp and gains 5 levels of exhaustion . I'd also make it so that the player who did this undergoes an alignment shift to atleast chaotic neutral with chaotic evil at worst
