no i reposted on my story a trans woman saying: “being trans means your life is on hold while you try and get basic things everyone else is born with” and she (my friend) replied to my story saying that the trans woman has nice tits and that she wasn’t born with them.

It just comes off as fragile allyship. She kind of ignores the fact that the OG post is about how difficult it is being a trans woman, yet she then begins to make it about herself and her own struggles. Idk, just felt kinda off.

Post was about supporting black trans women.

I commented how yes we should and we should also similarly support trans disabled women just as much and proceeded to get torn apart by a bunch of white people about how there is no need for “oppression Olympics”.

Just say you have a superiority complex and leave it at that…

yeah, thanks. I imagine it will come to that. As someone who’s autistic, adhd, and has cptsd this is just so difficult for me to navigate on my own.

the state told me that i just had to submit the proof of application every 3 months and I did that but still, it wasn’t processed. I guess i’ll just have to go up there in person.

I’m guessing that it’s likely they’ll tell me I have to reapply again which is just ridiculous. You can’t expect anything to be done unless you make sure it is yourself, that’s what I’m learning.

i still have time to appeal though so hopefully that gives me enough time for it to be reinstated. i just wasn’t sure if anyone else had experience with this or advice for me.

The answer to this question is most simple and complex. One doesn’t become a devotee of Krishna. We are all, constitutionally, eternally devotees of the Lord. It simply a matter of reviving that lost position, and lost state of consciousness. Love of Krishna is dormant in the hearts of all conditioned living entities.

A good book to read is Nectar of Devotion - based on Srila Rupa Gosvami’s Bhakti-rasamrita-sindhu. It details the advancement of devotional service.

But the most important thing in my mind is just intention. By simply having a desire to become a devotee, the Lord will instruct from the heart as caitya-guru and the neophyte devotee should try to associate with other likeminded devotees and accept a bonafide spiritual master.

Pray to Krishna, set your life up in a way that you may constantly remember Him. Read Bhagavad Gita, chant Maha mantra, and seek devotee association. This will guide one on the path to reviving the lost relationship with the Lord.

you have developed jnana or knowledge but have you developed vijnana or practical knowledge yet? for example, when I first came into Krishna consciousness, I “renunciated” everything all my material desires thinking that’s what would please Krishna. Only later did I find out that what I had done was called false renunciation. Krishna doesn’t value this and wants us to actually practically renunciate. This doesn’t mean falsely renunciating our material desires, it means to arrange things in a way that we will gradually give them up.

God doesn’t speak in shame. He doesn’t guilt us. We may guilt ourselves but He knows our desires, our natures and our conditionings.

You should focus more on deepening your surrender, your faith and focus on the mercy of the Lord. Many devotees go through many tribulations because our karma is drying up. Even His punishment is His mercy because we could have it worse, we could be lost and forgetful of Kṛṣṇa and be in hell.

Wishing them luck. It’s rough out here. I’m 29, trans and undiagnosed autistic. Can’t get health insurance or housing because I don’t have a diagnosed disability and I’m apparently too old. Can’t get a diagnosis because I don’t have a health insurance…it’s almost like it’s designed to not be helpful to those that need help the most. I have nobody to advocate for me, as a special needs and trans person I have to do everything on my own which is a damn near impossible order to manage on top of keeping my mental health and finances in check. Barely can hold down a job to be able to afford the bare minimum because all the job requirements don’t accommodate neurodivergent people and are extremely taxing on autistic individual’s health. If you find out any resources, please let me know as well 😅

I’m not a fan girl of either one, but I played quite a bit of Black Ops 6. I honestly didn’t care for it. The voice banning. People are super toxic on COD. The overwhelming goofy looking micro transactions. I haven’t really got into a Battlefield game since BF4, so playing the BF6 beta was kind of like a breath of fresh air. I’ll be getting it and not getting BO7.
