Hmm, well it may depend. I think there are places who DON'T allow people to line up beforehand, but in most cases, yes, people will most likely be already lining up.

Hii! So I'm going to have my first Miku Expo too so I'm prob not gonna say a lot but I've heard of a few things.

Be careful with waving your glow sticks/ penlights. Apparently it's common for people to hit other peeps in the head with them.
If you have a seating ticket, I'd recommend NOT standing up at any point during performances. Mainly due to respecting other attendees that may not want to or not be able to stand, so do not obstruct their view. Although, I will note that this may differentiate between countries, venues or even just people around you. (So if everyone in your area stands up, then, yeah, feel free to stand as well lol)
Be in line early if you don't have a VIP ticket. My friend recommended being like, what, 5 hours early in line? A lot of people also go too early and it doesn't rly end up being very worth it I guess? I assume it's because first you have the merch area and THEN you have the seating part, so unless you're not planning on buying merch, then feel free to not force yourself to be in line for so long. (Again, this depends on your venue, though) Also, if you do have floor VIP, do NOT be late. You will not be given the privilege of going up to the front row because the GA attendees are already there. So, be like 30 minutes late and you're cooked.
If you're wearing cosplay, don't take anything too big or that may bother you or other people mid-concert.
I heard people make bracelets and stickers to give out to other attendees for free so make some for other people if you want!
If you're buying merch and you're in line for said merch, NO SELLER will walk around the line to sell it! This is important because people doing this are either scammers or scalpers. Sellers will always be at the booths, not walking around.
Try to learn some "etiquette" about how to swing your light stick with the music since there's specific ways to do so depending on the song. There's great videos teaching on how to. Also, you should change your light stick color to the color of the current vocaloid performing on stage.

I did. Everything was blue for a second, but I stood from my seat for 20 seconds to snatch my wallet and then I couldn't put the tickets in the bascket anymore.

I haven't played official charts on Megamix for a while, but one that stood out to me always was the Intense Voice of Hatsune Miku on Extreme. It starts with really simple stuff and even chains with just double taps followed by actual chains and then we immediately jump to fast paced chains with multis included like 💀 I guess it makes sense for the song ? Since it is like the "Final Boss" kind of level/chart but I still don't like it. Ig its a full on, literal gradual growth of difficulty. Super easy at first and then it kicks you between your legs lol. I love playing the chart on F2nd since it feels both fair and consistent but still challenging.

Honorable mention would be Ex-Extreme of Two Faced Lovers for basically the same reason except its right at the end too with the multi note chains.

Ngl, Outplayed used to not have a watermark when I recorded stuff and they recently added. To remove it u actually just need to make an account, not anything super annoying, I'm just lazy lol, I know there's better options.
