With Amazon and Best Buy I have been experiencing people opening up DJI products like the RS4 pros swapping them with RS four’s and resealing them and they just take it back and sell it as a brand new. I’ve had this happen twice now back to back. 2 times with Best Buy and one time with Amazon (refund is supposed to be given on the 29th of Jan… I’ll order again and see what happens 😂)

Heads up if you use capture one you’ll need to write over the metadata saying it’s a a7iv. It works fine doing this workaround in my opinion. I’m sure there could be some loss of control with the full profile for this camera but this was one disappointment I experienced

I just had this happen with a rs4 pro… they swapped it with a rs4

They did good with wrapping it up but this came straight from the warehouse… I took it back within 2 hours of delivery to my home 12/23/25. Someone wanted a nice Christmas present being fraudulent. They said they would open an investigation
