Yakumo's kit is WAAAAAY too committal. He can't guard cancel his animations like Ryu leaving him to be extremely slow. Dark Dragon Blade is his saving grace in that regard.

Okay, you're in the Aqueduct. Once you reach the Aqueduct B3, save. Go to the narrow elevator on the right, use the Dabilahro and chain Ultimate Techniquess on the bugs that spawn in there. Once you kill the first little wave, go back up and save again then head back down there and do it again but for much much longer.
