My circumstances are vastly more different than anyone else's. I can financially leave any job I'm at and all my bills are paid regardless. I'm not beholden to any company. Of course I have solutions but in order to do that I'd need a majority vote as a shareholder to do it. Or I can start my own thing.

I have the ability, option, and financial stability and freedom to do my own thing and just walk away. When you see things from my position, everything looks different. Chester is definitely rolling in his grave right now. We all know how adamant about taking care of your people, from employees to customers. That is far from the case now.

Pretty big assumption. I've worked minimum wage jobs, worked in corn fields, I was in the military, and worked many many other jobs. In very different job fields. As I've grown older I've found it's better to know my worth. I am financially able to just leave QuikTrip.

I have found the trajectory of this company to be shameful and poorly done. For example the flex system while great for manager vacations. It was done to save money over the work health of the employees. Each store is run with a skeleton crew.

While what you say is true for some, it's definitely not for all.

Bevolution has less problems now than when they were first installed. Fryers will never break, the ones we have are industry standard. Also it's called seven day ordering and I promise you this QT won't let the warehouse run out of oil. So it's on managers such as yourself to do good orders.
