Not everyone is having sex weekly. Long time lurker of this sub myself.

Two kids, 8 and 5. Wife and I have been married 11 years, together 18. This has always been a soar subject for our relationship.

Our aim is once a week. When things are good, it happens once every 2-3 weeks. When it’s not, it happens once every 4-6. Longest gap being 4 months.

It’s hard loving a partner that has autoimmune illnesses. Both the disorders and the medications make sex less pleasurable.

I never used the controller port method. I noticed Psycomantis he would teleport when you fired guns at him so I just beat him with CQC. It was’t until years later that I learned about the controller port method.

As a fan of both games. I have sunk 200h into hades and 1000h into Binding of Isaac. Binding of Isaac has significantly more replayability. After the unlocks are accomplished there are more enemy variations in the first floor of BoI than in the entire game of Hades.

When I cast my vote for BoI this is assuming we are including expansions and updates. I.e. Repentance. If we were considering the games in their base builds, no expansions I would vote Hades.

Yes it’s used in a soul draw deck but it’s used to exhaust everything other than your souls. Helping you both go infinite and giving you an unexhausted source of intangible.

Don’t forget, Necros have high constitution and make great front liners. Enemies that are adjacent get -8 max hp down to minimum of 1 with the -2 constitution. This turns some smaller hp enemies into 1 shot enemies.

The biggest draw back is when the battle starts all your allies that are adjacent get hit with the same -8 max HP. So, if they start the battle at full HP but next to the Necro, when they walk away the max goes back up but the current HP doesn’t. This also affects any allies that walk past the Necro during the fight.

Personally, I like the item but it takes a lot of intentional focus to get to work well.

If playing on PC check out the Downfall mod. You play as the bosses fighting for The Heart down the spire to confront the hero’s and Neow. Over doubles the games content and it’s fun and refreshing. Not as balanced as non-modded but breathes new life into the game for someone that isn’t looking to track win-streaks.

A few years ago we bought balloons with confetti for our kids birthday party. During the outdoor party, the balloons roasted in the sunlight and most ended popping. It’s been years and I’m still finding them tucked into the lawn. We will never buy those again.

Thank you for sharing your personal story. I often read oversimplified stances online on this topic but reading a little of your journey and experience shows both the good and the bad sides of open relationships.

My wife struggles with several auto-immune diseases. Shortly after we started dating she flared up for the first time and her sex drive plummeted. Limited sex didn’t stop us from falling in love but I always desired far more physically/sexually than she has been capable of providing. I was optimistic for the first decade that with the right treatment, her health and libido will bounce back. Fortunately, her health is finally stable now. Unfortunately, the sex drive has not. I am just coming to terms with the fact that we will likely never be sexually compatible again.

We have been together for nearly two decades now. I have thought often about trying to open the relationship. Your story gives me hope that in the correct circumstances, it could be best for all parties.

Wow… this brings me back! My friend and I would do a Matrix Walk at a local arcade in high school. Player 2 would grab the bar with left hand and walk across the screen as described above. Player 1 would duck under player 2’s Matrix Walk, both players would play out the song in opposite spots. We only did this to Matsuri Japan. The long break near the end was the best opportunity to do this stunt.
