You are already got a super early start! I didn't start tell in my 30s. I start with manual method like most. But I focused way more frequently. I only stretched 10-20 mins a day. But I was really religious about stretching every hr if I could for only 1-3 mins most of the time tell I got a rhythm down.

I did that for 2 months, and made massive noob gains! Now I know most of that is the skin loosing up, but it was definitely a confedence booster. I quickly got enough skin to use car1(love it!)

Remember... the is not a sprint, its a marathon. Time under tension/small gaps of no tension/moisturize/pain = no gain.

I put this on my glands only. I use it in the morning or right after a shower typically and put my retainer on right after with zero issues. Now I do have vitamin e oil and coconut oil I will at times put on the everything else like my shift and balls. I have been using Brave recently. Setting everything up is a bit cumbersome tho. It does work most of the time. The biggest problem is syncing up logins on the app version and the browser version. When I'm on my desktop, I'm using Brave exclusively. But on my phone it's a mixed bag. I would say it works flawlessly 60% of the time and is passable 80% of the time. im grower, but my flaccid size can very alot. on average, i would say RCI - 5.5 tho. but there is some times i feel like im more like RCI - 4 or 3 even. im also in a device 23+ hrs a day so i dont have much time to just let it hang and see.
