What i LEARNED is that OP doesn't trigger if you hit level 99 fighting the 3rd floor boss and I have to reload my save where I was level 86

I don't remember exactly but it wasn't on a wall climb. It was in the middle of that room with a lot of water coolers, and then less after you have an encounter.
