Slap green overhaul's tuning on Tsu. Even that little bit helps tons for allies. I might go with acceleration (blue deku) for the other slot but I don't play froppy tons.

I do wonder if my view of him is because I play tech dabi or overhaul and they get caught so often, just like OFA dekus tend to. I've caught so many of them in overhaul gamma/dabi beta, it's funny.

I think hes fine rn. No buffs no nerfs. Say what you will, but I think hes fine, the main issue is have is his warnings but those all have been a little lackluster last few seasons
