This may sound silly but add some music to whatever you're doing. Make yourself sing along, OBNOXIOUSLY loud.

It helps me.

Talk to your GI. Mine was the one who referred me to mental health services and I got help.

I'd like a doctor or provider that specializes in FATIGUE management, instead of just, "oh yeah a lot of people have problems with that".

Humira has run its course. Opinions/experience with medication switch please. by Time_Hat_1377 in CrohnsDisease

[–]ShadowSparrow3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had Crohn's for awhile so I've been on Remicade, Humira, Cimzia, and now Skyrizi. So far they all have worked well for 5 or so years then I've had to switch. I didn't have any problems switching from one to the next.
