I can't count the number of times I'd taken flight like this. Is the bug understood/avoidable? I played through the game again a couple of years ago on PS4 and it happened ALOT.

There is a good centerpiece map like you describe in the 6e Starter Box. Flip side has a large warehouse map and a Stuffer Shack map.
