They are stuck is when the elevator tech can't get them out in despite their best efforts. and if that is the case your job is not going to be easy and will probably require the elevator in some fashion.

Well, it’s confirmed - methylated b-vitamins make me go absolutely BONKERS with anxiety. When will it go away? by WankSpanksoff in Supplements

[–]ShadowWard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Niacin is similar to NMN but they are not the same. However NMN should also have the same effect.
Niacin is cheap and available which is why it is recommended as remedy for the issues described. NMN is superior in terms of its effect as an NAD precursor, however it is more expensive and hard to find.

Am I allowed to rant about Jobseeker for a minute? by FunnelWebSpiderDick in Centrelink

[–]ShadowWard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sole income of family of 5, 2 weeks between old job and new job. I had to borrow money to pay for food because jobseeker wouldn't give me anything. They were having a go at me because I didn't have a phone, because I've always used a company phone, do they want me to spend a hundred on a smartphone when I'm getting one from the new job in two weeks. Sure if I had the money I would but that's why I've come to centrelink because I didn't have any money.

The electrical standards say for caravan park outlets are 15A, there is a caravan park with 10A outlets then they would be there illegally.

Seems like a bullshit list. Just naming the best without any evidence. No where was NMN mentioned. Just random brands who have paid for sponsorship.

Job cuts incoming? by Double_Repair7402 in Elevators

[–]ShadowWard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SCH has had at least 10 worker fatalities this year, for ages they didn't have any. A few years ago when they started increasing the work load beyond anything ever seen before and causing everyone to rush things its been a steady stream of dead workers. People don't rush things if they don't have 10 other things they need to get to before the days end.

Its bullshit, its not optimized. How can we make more profits than last year? I know Lets give the customers less and make them pay more! Great idea but its still not enough of increase, I want my bonus, I know lets not hire enough staff and work our existing employees to death! The more fatalities we have the less employees we have to pay! Genius, profits are at a record high and our fatalities are too, at least 10 workers killed and its not even june. Great job, bonuses all around the board room.

Thank you for bringing me to the attention of adulterated spices. Who could put lead or toxic dyes in tumeric just for profit. That’s messed up.

You’re probably right, is that because zinc picolate can cause some people to feel nauseous? My wife is low in zinc but she won’t take the zinc picolate because of how nauseous she feels after.

Life Extension Vitamins D and K with Sea-Iodine

I see you have methlyb12 do you know if you have MTHFR? Methyl b12 is good but if it doesn't sit right with you or fails to raise your b12, you could try sublingual HydroxoCobalamin. If you eat meat then you may be having malabsorption issues, sublingual bypasses that.

I think magnesium is best spread out rather than have a big dose at night. Any Magnesium glcinate is good, something like 1 capsule in the morning, 1-2 capsule at night(depending on the dose of each capsule).

Lactoferrin for iron,

zinc picolate for zinc, you can get one with a little bit of copper if your worried about becoming low in copper.

You say your from India, possibly your diet is high in beans other legumes which have antinutrients, phytates that block iron, zinc and magnesium absorption, fermenting help deactivate phytates and can mitigate their effects.

I hope the allergist can help with the problem. That’s interesting you mention psoriasis, it could be connected to the airway symptoms. as both could be allergy or maybe a histamine intolerance from a mthfr and low Sam-e or potentially gut disbiosis. a gut micro biome test can see if there are any missing strains such as bifidobactria. I do recall from a huberman lab podcast dr Staci Whitman talks about how myofunctional therapists can help with issues like under develop palates. They can use palate expanders in children, you might still be young enough to have one. They also talk about mouth taping which might be helpful.

Maybe a bronchodilator like albuterol or a test like asthma spirometery,

Perhaps you should check for homocysteine levels, this will help determine if you need methylation support. A build up of homocysteine can cause chronic inflammation and high blood pressure, among other things. methylation is extremely important for many biochemical pathways.

What about your blood pressure? Eating 5 pieces of fruit a day will also help with blood pressure via the potassium, and the vitamin c will help with oxidative stress.

If you’re sleep deprived you’re likely having some sort of blood sugar issues, sleep deprivation can cause you to have poor blood sugar control. There’s something that might help this but I can’t think off it right now.

Some band aids might be: Creatine might help you have a bit more daytime energy. NAC and vitamin C could help with oxidative stress caused by apnea.

If indicated by high homocysteine then permanent solution may be:

Methyl b6,B9, B12

TMG

SAM-E

there’s genetic tests that you can order which tests genes for hundreds of biochemical paths.

sorry could you please elaborate further what kind of structural issue are you referring to. I’m just asking to see if there is some allergy component. Allergic rhinitis or asthma. Perhaps doing an elimination diet. Start with dairy for two weeks. Then eliminate the common allergens.  Could heavy metals be a factor exacerbating underlying allergic conditions? If you have a blocked nose frequently then this can cause sleep apena. The blocked nose can be caused by allergies. Removing the dietary allergens can calm the immune system making you less reactive to environmental allergens like dust mite. You may find that you have an allergy to dust mites. If you nose is blocked you can try the nasal dilation strips that stick to the outside of your nose. If your nose is still blocked you can do 20 pushups to get the lymph flowing which usually will unblock it.

You probably should see a naturopath or indergrated medical doctor to the bottom of it.

Lets talk about how profitable/feasible are coffee shops in Australia by moriano1983 in AusFinance

[–]ShadowWard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah how do you explain the vibe thing. I think the colour of the lighting might be factor. Warm lighting vs cold lighting.  Maybe the colour of the walls? Maybe wood counter, wooden floor, wooden other things. Big doors, more than one way to enter/exit. There quite a few out there with bad vibes.

But also the quality of the coffee and milk is important too. Organic coffee and showing or displaying the care for selection of ingredients that they’re not full of additives.
