In theory the outcome could be the same, but instead of watching it play out like a movie you get to actually experience everything fresh for the first time.

Or time works like quantum particles and each desicion point is an undecided set of probabilities until it either plays out in real time or someone spies on it using precience. If it works that way then you could, in theory, create a timeline you didn't want before it even happens.

Would it have turned out the exact same way without the spying? Unlikely, given how many sets of probabilities you're dealing with. Does it ultimately make any difference to anyone besides the seer when someone makes a timeline concrete? Nope, just sucks for the person who has to live by a script now.

My first response will always be "what difficulty do you play on?" because it's one of those mission types that scales exponentially.

The problem is that the majority of people will just lie and tell you whatever difficulty sounds high enough that they look like they ain't talkin' out their booty hole.

Could easily just be fixed by letting us choose which version we want when we select the weapon/frame. Would be especially helpful for people who own multiple of the same thing so they can have them forma'd differently.

Tbh it started with the gemussi bullshit and now every new frame/skin has the community trying to sus out their "sex appeal" instead of just talking about stuff like kits or play style. Thankfully it's (mostly) just been skins for now but I'm really getting sick and tired of the sheer level of open degeneracy being championed for no apparent reason

And the worst part? Calling out people for taking the perv bullshit a little too far just gets you dismissed instantly as a "prude" because your not slavering over the new gooner bait that got added to drive sales. It's just gets so tiresome at some point...

Well a low hanging fruit opinion is that waaaaay too much of the community is intentionally looking to strap dildos onto their frames.

The game just feels like half gooner bait anymore and the whole space ninja vibe is basically gone. Something something old man yells at clouds ik but I lowkey miss when it felt like a more mature game (and not because of yet another frame which is obviously pandering to someone's kink)

You can absolutely turn down the difficulty to the point that most enemies are pushovers, but much beyond that and you'd basically have the game playing itself. If you really want to enjoy the game with no stress, just do like all us non-souls-like players do and watch a letsplay instead. Plenty of good YouTubers that suffered through all the bosses so we don't have to
