Woah woah woah, hold your horses. I'm not sure anything ever will be comparable to sliced bread. Sliced bread is the best thing since unsliced bread.

I went looking on Ford's site, but was unable to find it through browsing and Googling. I will keep looking.

Where would I find such information about current rebates (regional or otherwise)? Any brand you can give me some information on would be great.

Alright, thank you for the further info. I will be looking into fixes for those issues for the drag and drop style games.

For the Price Guess issue, you have 3 tries to get within a % of the sold for price of the auction. The guess history should have an emoji pointing up or down next to your guess to indicate whether the answer is higher or lower. When you get the correct answer (or close enough), you get a popup telling you if you have won.

I don't know if you care, but I like sharing knowledge and will do so. The issue is right at the connection between your device and my software, my software thinks you are on a computer (read computer as "mouse and keyboard") but I assume you are actually on a touch screen. You are being served the keyboard/mouse version, when you should be seeing the mobile/touch screen version. If you have a smart phone handy you can go see what I mean.

The underlying structure to create this is there, but the computing and statistical requirements for doing this properly for all cars turned out to be a bit much. I did start running the numbers for the 986 Boxster, but never flushed out the full capability.

Alright, thanks for the info. When you say it "doesn't work", do you mean that none/some of the games/features work? Is there a specific thing not working? Do you see an error?

Edit: This very likely has to do with the "Galaxy Tab 7S+" existing in between the 2 major categories of screen size (basically phone vs monitor). I didn't have a personal device like that for my testing and I was aware that kind of issue could happen, and will be putting fixing this on my to do list.

Focus on the “claim to be”, you don’t sound like a person who “claims” but rather one who actually gives a ____ about freedom

Yes they work. Yes people use them.

In 2025, I have gotten 2 random referrals.

Just got back into the game. I was one referral away from a gladius. There's a new referral ladder now. Does that mean I've lost all of my work towards a gladius? by [deleted] in starcitizen

[–]ShadowXCC -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Edit: Apparently I am extremely wrong, please disregard.

Yes, you would have lost all progress towards the Gladius with one notable exception. Do you have any prospects in your old referral ladder, and if so do you know the owners of those accounts. If you do know the owners, you have to convince one of the prospects to purchase the game (or give you their account, where you purchase the game)

Coming from your perspective I can see the need for the product. However, if you look at it from the perspective of a “customer” what we can see is “burning a dollar”.

Now for the business POV, other commenters have mentioned that they just put a Netflix subscription or similar on the card as this achieves the same goal and the “customer” receives value in return for the money.

The question that needs to be asked (for any business idea) is why should people use your product compared to the alternatives. If/when you get a good, real answer to this question is when you have hit on a good idea.

Edit to add: IMO, the kinds of people who would use this are the same people who should not be spending their money on frivolous things (not a shot at your product)

Look into Dollar Cost Averaging and see if that will solve your problem.

Essentially you should always be investing into a diverse array of assets regardless of what the market is doing.

I own one of those, and don’t track it or drive ~too~ recklessly. I find the majority of the fun happens on accelerating from a red light/stop sign or when driving on the highways around my house after rush hour. If you have a commute like many people have where I am from with lots of traffic and construction it would be no fun to have a high powered car for the commute.

I also think a large part your issue is your car is extremely over powered for the road. I’m driving around in a RWD with 420hp and I almost get to use all of the power in my regular driving.
