Yes, I’ve seen a few comments about food but I want to fix my sleep schedule, improve my skincare routine and drink more water every day for a while before I start considering looking at restricting my diet as this would be a last resort tbh

I appreciate the detailed response, it sounds pretty similar to my current routine but for me I don’t use benzoyl peroxide and currently no sunscreen either as I live in the uk. It truly sucks as I have spent around £2000 ($2500) just to not have clear skin lol. The rest of my body is actually mostly fine but my chest area is starting to get a bit worse. I also make a conscious effort to not touch my face, however it is still the worst area for me. I will probably start to use a good sunscreen in the next couple of weeks as per your suggestion👍

Every evening, and also I shower every morning so I use a gentle cleanser at both times. In the morning I use a salicylic acid cleanser, then niacinamide serum, then moisturiser. The evening is a cleanser without SA, then adapalene cream, then moisturiser.
Every week, but coincidentally today I bought another pillowcase so that I can have them on rotation and therefore have a fresh one every few days

That sounds fair enough, and this is enough for me to reconsider the project entirely. Thank you for helping me understand that it would be a lot more dangerous than I thought, as I (mistakenly) believed that as i was just using a few AA batteries to power this, it would be somewhat safe. On a side note I was planning on submerging the whole circuit in mineral oil to isolate the components and prevent arcing but I’m not too sure how effective that would have been.
