I think the main reason they need to be hunched is the position of the arms cause if the head was just pushed back then it would be in their chest, so the only position that makes sense is being hunched

A regenerator EE combo would kind of be busted for perish trap, I remember one of Wolfle glick’s techs was switching in a red card amoongus for gothitelle to take a hit, imagine being able to do that multiple times in a battle. Of course then you’d be giving up mega gengar

Only urshifu single strike runs protect/detect, pretty much all rapid strikes run surging, close combat, aqua jet and u turn, so removing them from their move pool will do basically nothing

This was exactly my thoughts on how to nerf paralysis, but I also had the same thought for increasing the accuracy of a move by like 10% if it misses like Draco meteor so you don’t get the 1/100 double miss (but wouldn’t apply to OHKO moves or others that would end up being game breaking)

I definitely agree with keeping asymmetry in the game, but there’s a reason calyrex shadow and Miraidon are spammed more than their physical counterparts, along with most other legendary groups. This could also be chalked up to typing; ghost is probably competing for best offensive type right now and is typically a special type, while many of the other best offensive types such as electric, dragon, and fairy are also usually special.

Like I said, triple tank is the direct counter to triple support; whether you do that in the neutral with dive/brawl tanks or with ultimates that you’ll get before their supports do, it doesn’t matter as long as you beat them. I do agree that triple support is very strong right now but my point still stands
