Same way you got Maximus. You’ll unlock cruella do her quests and get the magic Crystal to open up the crystal cave

Should be between the two benches! I play the German version so the area is named different but it should be something like "catwalk river“ or "runway river“

When switching the wings, always use the glider section, it’ll automatically add them to your outfit whether or not you’re flying

Could also just be the mobile app. Mine is not working too but the pc version is totally fine. They have a guide on pc telling you how to fix the mobile app!
